Milan carres an insatiable curiousity for life’s mysteries. As a young man, he travelled to India, where he discovered the transformative power of Yoga, Tantra, and meditation. Over the past twenty years, he's wandered many spiritual and self development paths, soaking up experiences from Osho's vibrant communities, sitting in silent Buddhist retreats, and dancing in shamanic circles under the stars. Each experience deeply influenced Milan, as the meeting with wonderful teachers and mentors have been shaping his unique approach to life and self-discovery.
Embodiment is Milan's connection to presence. He trained his body and mind through the disciplined focus of martial arts like karate and the fluidity of Benathi (martial art from Varanasi, India). Dance became an important way of expression, through modern improvisation, the raw honesty of butoh, the connection of contact dance, and the earthy rhythms of African traditional dance. These are some of the living practices that teach us how to embody ourselves with grace, awareness, and authenticity.
Milan has been holding spaces for men's work where vulnerability meets brotherhood. Helping healing the wounded masculinity and contributing into unfolding the healthy and meaningful expression of men. He is passionate with the magical dance between the polarities both inside of us and in the interaction we have with one another. In his exploration of intimacy and sexuality, Milan draws from the Tantra teaching, more specifically non-dualistic Shaiva Tantra, as a way to liberate ourselves and expand beyond the limits of conditioning.
As a facilitator, he creates safe and subtle spaces where participants can explore the essence of their being. Through dynamic movement and reverent silence, guided journeys into sacred intimacy or playful exploration, all the spectrum of expression is welcome. As a mentor he guides others toward deeper intimacy with the present moment, refining their connection to themselves and the way they can express who they truly are.

Love, Connection, Sensuality, Freedom and Authenticity are all concepts that Scarlett tries to live by and incorporate in all her work. She has been working with body awareness on many different levels, e.g yoga, dance, treatments and therapy for many years.
Scarlett is specially interested in the energetic connections in the body, between body and mind, and between body and body.
In gatherings Scarlett absolutely loves the energy that rises when we all dare to show the vulnerable part of ourselves and let the authenticity of our selves be shown, whether it’s by words or movements.
Scarlett also has a strong love of the shamanic way of living. She believes in the spirits of humans, animals, plants, the moon and the stars. Scarlett has been practicing rituals for many years and it leaves traces in all her work.
On a daily basis Scarlett works as a psychotherapist, teaches yoga and facilitates Ecstatic Dance events and Women Circles and Ceremonies.
Scarlett is so excited to be a guest facilitator this year :) Join the tribe and let’s elevate the vibe!
Looking forward to see you all:)

Facilitator of embodiment, polarity & presence—with room for play
Karen works in the space where the body speaks—through movement, breath, slowness, and subtle sensation. Her offerings are rooted in embodiment and self-awareness, often incorporating Shibari, touch, and deep listening as tools to explore the dance between structure and surrender.
She is especially drawn to the places where polarity is felt not just between people, but within: softness and strength, stillness and motion, tension and release. Her work invites others to slow down and connect—not only with each other, but with the unspoken rhythms inside.
After 20 years in the corporate world—working in purchasing, communication, and collaboration—Karen followed a long-held dream. What had been a side path of Tantra, yoga, and personal exploration became the main road. She leapt, and began building a life she actually longed to live.
She now wakes up (almost) every day with excitement—curious to meet whatever the day brings. In her work, just as in her life, there is space for depth and softness andfor silliness, surprise, and delight. Karen believes life is meant to be felt—in all its facets. And that play is not separate from presence—it is part of the sacred.
At The Tribal Vibe, Karen joins the faculty not to perform, but to participate. To walk beside. To co-create a shared journey through presence, curiosity, and joy.
