The mandatory 6 practices (ART & Wheel of Consent) workshop transformed into fun and eye-opening games which both gives you more authentic connection to yourself and others and gives you the opportunity to meet many of your fellow tribers in small, fun inter-actions.

Playing our way into the roles and dynamics of being physical with each other. We experience before we apply mind to this consent and dynamics workshop that will probably alter your perspective on massage exchange, lovemaking and touch forever. 

A recalibration and reconnection of your body with your emotions, mind and soul. Using music and movement we open up for emotional release followed by an authentic communication session between your body & mind. We learn how to align our mind, heart, gut, sex and soul, so we know our boundaries and what we truely need & desire. 

Beyond the release and intra-communication lies the possibility for having your "wants" fulfilled and relax into experiences of immense joy and bodily bliss through the tender touch of others.

We will get to share what challenges us, our tales of the body, the pain and shame. Then we go to the deeper layers of trust: Do we trust each other to be celebrated?

We will explore and practice ways to expand our ability and courage to reveal our experience and express our truth in an embodied and whole-hearted way.

We will explore and learn how to do this in a way that honors the reality and integrity of our fellow human beings who are the receivers of our expression and message.

We will explore different emotions through exercises “on the floor” to learn that they all have an important role to play as energisers and helpers of life.

We will learn how to access calm and centeredness in the middle of intensity and expression.

Taking full responsibility for our own pleasure and sensations when receiving touch can be very arousing and fun. In this workshop we are going to explore actively being touched while touching with our whole bodies, letting our feelings, sensations and desire guide our movement and expression, claiming and waking up every inch of our skin. An empowering experience to regain our birthright for pleasure. 

Have you ever tried communicating with animal sounds and movement instead of words?
When playing with animal sounds and movement you get to experience communication directly from your primal body.  As a way of expressing emotions, desires and boundaries, your body already has the instinctual impulse and response to what it wants or doesn’t want. 

Words have tendency to bring the energy into the head, animal sound and movement brings the energy into the body and heart, opening to a space of deep authenticity and connection inwards and outwards. In this workshop we investigate the sounds of your primal body.

What are we up to?

In this workshop we investigate how to be both fierceful, strong and direct and at the same time respectful, attuned and heartful.

It is an inquiry in how to help dignity and humility co-exist even as intensity and challenge increase. 

The key investigation is how to remain connected, both to self and other, and how to recognize when we lose it, and to find the way back to attunement and connection.

How do we do it?

-We engage in relational “on the floor”-exercises and games

in a curious, experimental and non judgemental way.

-We engage in playful and fierce rough- and tumble play with each other in a respectful and attuned way. 

-We practice how to listen with all of us, body, heart and mind, to be better at attuning to both ourselves and each other. To create a more beautiful and connected “dance” together.

Sexuality can actually be the bridge between the body and the soul.  Sexuality is our doorway to incarnate into a flesh and bone body that allows us to experience this evolutionary journey of the soul.  For that same reason, its energy can be used to “bring heaven to earth”, to remind us who we truly are and enjoy the adventure of this sacred union between body and soul.  That said, this is not going to be a sexually explicit workshop but we will use tools like Family Constellations to explore how these three aspects are wired on us and open up to a better “teamwork” amongst them, overcoming the conditioning we have been wired with about sexuality. 

Skip the small-talk and learn how to approach other amazing human beings in an open and authentic way. Meet new beautiful people and get to know them on a deeper level by connecting in a more personal and relational way. Learn how to communicate your desires and boundaries and waste no time in finding out if there is a (romantic) match!

Throughout this Authentic Speed Dating Workshop, you’ll have several encounters. Each is carefully guided, inviting you to be yourself, to communicate openly and to explore multiple layers and flavors of connection. A great and playful practice of intimately connecting with new people. Come spark a flame or two!

Sacred union through external relationships is always an invitation to deepen the union within.

Connect to what you want and do not want. Explore with one or more, sometimes as a co-creation yet sometimes as the Ruler of Them All. 

Come on an inner journey in your bodily senses with sounds and rhythms. My intention with the workshop is that we - without any rules - move and shake our bodies to the sound of Tribal Dance rhythms and beats.

We start with quiet rhythms that invite you to sink into your body with your awareness. And from here we dance - from our innermost core. From there, the intensity goes up! And we dance like nobody is watching:-)

After approx. 1 time and 30 min. you are guided into a deep relaxation that invites your entire nervous system to rest and where you can really feel the energetic vibration of your dance.

Daka is the name for a male sexual healer, same as dakini for a female. In this workshop you will give and receive a tantric-shamanic sexual healing work that combines tantric rituals, breathwork, chakra energetic work, massage.  All you need is presence, compassion and commitment to your intention. 

Touch is a vital part of life, the power of touch manifests many different reactions in us. Our body, energy, and inner world is affected. With skills touching can open a world of sensations and is a fundamental entry to intimacy. This workshop is greatly inspired from Tantric massage techniques, that can bring lots of pleasure and fun for the participants.

Earth🌍, Water🌊, Fire🔥, Air🌬,  that create all the magic around us and inside of us. The qualities of each element is used to create a playful intimate space. The participants will be invited to give and receive a conscious massage to each other guided with the flow of the elements, waking up the senses and energies in their bodies. The workshop finishes with a meditation in gratitude for the energies of the universe and the body.

Tantric Energies ~ Making Changes in Your Life ~ Making your Life a Celebratory Practice

This is a great way for festival participants to embody tantric practices to prepare them for enjoying and benefiting from other Festival offerings. Participants will take away basic tantric practices that will serve them in their everyday life. 

I use sacred music from cultures around the world. Participants learn about breathing, micro-movement, stillness, quietude, meditation and how to deepen their experience, become more balanced, embodied and authentically expressive. Participants learn how this practice will help them to ‘wake up and make changes in their life.’ 

I use 108 themes ranging from waking up, gratitude, honoring and reverence, freedom, pleasure, devotion, dreams, to the divine feminine and masculine. Today’s theme will be Cultivating Tantric Energies with the Divine Masculine.

We will take another deep dive by connecting to boundaries and our own, perfectly sovereign and self sustained, Eros. We will enter, express and be witnessed. For the sustainable benefit of all.

On this day we explore the immense power within the female body and psyke, when we address and take full responsibility for our feelings, our bodies, our beautiful sensuality and  our shadows when we step purified into the sacred inner marriage of the masculine and the femine.

Join me for a deliciously pleasurable celebration of the most intimate type. You will take turns and learn how to caress, massage and stroke your partner's body, including genitals.

With loving presence, we will create a cosy and safe environment to playfully explore erotic innocence. We will begin with a heavenly whole-body oil massage to relax and ease us into openness and softness. We will then learn different techniques and strokes to become masterful in giving each other a pleasurable touch.

This workshop is suitable for couples, lovers and trusted friends. We will work in pairs and you will swap within your chosen duo.

Physical touch can be a beautiful way to explore non-verbal communication, using our presence as a way to interact and connect. When we see our hands as extension of our heart, physical touch also allows us to support ourselves and others in deeply resting and nourishing our central nervous systems, leaving us feeling deeply relaxed and safe. During this workshop we stay away from sexuality. We use touch as a safe and healthy way to intimately connect with ourselves and others.

Link to theme: human beings are wired for touch and there is a lot of fear around it. In creating a safe space to explore, as a facilitator I’ve witnessed it can be a healing experience.

We will play with the energies that arise in the space of the circle. The circle begins with shamanistic rituals such as drumming, singing and smoke.

The intention of this shamanic healing Circle is to focus on our inner voice - our authenticity. Dare we speak our truth and be true to ourselves and in our relationship with others? Or do we have some resistance to being completely authentic?

It is an interaction between the feminine energies (intuition, innermost desires/needs) and the masculine energies (do vi dare to take action on our needs)

We will perform rituals that open up these energies. Expect singing, dancing, shouting and body painting.

The most sacred union between two people is making love in a way where one and one equals much more than two. To savour the highest pleasure, you need the deepest connection + rhythm, timing, movement, breath, tuning in and sloooowing down.

We play out simple lovemaking elements which will, not only gradually elevate the energy & desire, but also deepen the connection between you and your partner.

The tools/elements are fun and easy to learn. You will be guided into making a safe container & setting healthy boundaries with eachother. We will slow down to intensify and enjoy the lovemaking even more.

There will be plenty of time to put what we have practised  into  play, when we allow the lovemaking to unfold in the second half of the workshop.

This workshop is about integrating all your experiences last week. Remember the exercises during the opening ceremony “Getting the Vibe?” In this integration workshop we will tune in on how you arrived here, how you’re feeling now and how you’re leaving. What do you take with you? Which moments have truly impacted you?

This is your time for integration and a devoted moment to let all experiences deeply land in your body. Remember: a union isn’t just between you and another – it’s returning to yourself. And when we return to ourselves, we also return to humanity as a whole.

In this workshop we use Authentic Relating tools: A.R. is the practice of acting and speaking from a place of heartfelt vulnerability and deep presence, allowing us to be in alignment with our deepest feelings and weave a more rich and truthful human experience.

This workshop is a beautiful way to get in touch with your inner woman and inner man. The Sacred Union of your polarities will unfold. After a week of exploration with your body and your emotions, you get a chance to give a voice to the divine masculine and the divine feminine in you.

You will engage in a conversation within yourself, letting the healing process happen in your heart. With grace and acceptance, you will experience the dance of polarities. 

The journey will end with a beautiful meditation to integrate and embody the qualities of the divine in you and all that is.
